Welcome to Unity vinyasa yoga

I teach a specialized vinyasa class that helps you bring your breath to the forefront of your mind. This class allows you the opportunity to tone your mind and begin to bring your awareness to your breath and present being rather than on your thoughts. The flow of the postures and holds in this vinyasa are here to help you commune with your present state of being and using your breath, and begin to meditate. Because the breath is the most important part of this class, practitioners of all levels are welcome to my class and are welcome to participate in as many or as few poses as they feel. I hope you will join us.

Join a class

Most of my classes are offered in the Zoom Room alongside the in-person classes, so if you can’t make it to my location, join us on screen in the comfortability of your own space.
